A marriage license will be required at the time of the ceremony. You can obtain a San Diego County marriage license by appointment only. You can schedule an appointment online by clicking here.
Walk- ins are NOT accepted at County Offices!
Remember, you must do two things to be legally married:
Obtain a marriage license before having a ceremony
Have a ceremony officiated by someone authorized to solemnize marriages
